Dealing with difficult situations and behaviour

We are holding a training day on September 1st at The Social Enterprise training room, near central Reading. The training will cover dealing with difficult situations and behaviour on a face to face level and also telephone contact. All volunteers are welcome to attend this training. There will be a £10 fee for the day including lunch and refreshments. Places are limited so please get in touch as soon as possible to book a place for this very important training.
