Can you listen without passing judgement? Could you provide support for those going through a range of emotional issues? Would you like the chance to make a difference to people's lives?

Reading Samaritans want more volunteers to help us answer over 45,000 calls, emails and visits every year from people in emotional distress or at risk of suicide. Come to an open Information Meeting to find out about what we do, how we train and support, and how to begin what may be the most rewarding thing you ever do.

This meeting is being held in the Reading Samaritans Centre at 59a Cholmeley Road Reading RG1 3NB, on the Tuesday 9 September at 8pm.
