'Yes You!' Free Personal Development Training from Reading Voluntary Action

Are you a stay-at-home parent but would like to go back to work eventually? Do you feel a bit out of it, lacking in confidence or not sure how to get back into the work environment?

Reading Voluntary Action is coming to the Caversham Children's Centre to provide two free 'Yes You!' Personal Development training sessions. Covering topics such as self-awareness, self-confidence, motivation and assertiveness, we will help you to rediscover your strengths, raise your energy levels and work on goal setting.

The courses are free and there are also limited free creche places available for the duration of the training sessions. Transport expenses can also be reimbursed subject to demand.
