>> map
Furz Plat is an old hazel coppice that is on a steep site and currently hard to access. The Biodiversity Action Team will be building some steps to make the site more accessible which will hopefully encourage more people to visit it. The steps will also be useful if further conservation work is undertaken at Furz Plat.
The meeting point for this project is on Tredegar Road and we will access the site from there.
