Launch of Barnardos Community Family Support Service

You may be aware that Barnardos won the tender to provide a new Community Family Support service for Reading. This will build on their 'Community Mums and Dads' service that has been running in West Reading.

You are invited to go along to the launch event where Barnardos will make a presentation about the new service, how it would operate, how they expect to get referrals, the service activities and answer questions people may have.

The service will start operating on 1 March 2012 and Barnardos’ new office is located at South Reading Community Centre. Contact details for referrals and further information will be sent out by Reading Borough Council as soon as these are finalised.
