Dementia and Elderly Care Conference - Save the date

Conference being organised by South Reading CCG.
Agenda and booking forms will be circulated in March
The aim of the conference is to inform patients, professionals and the voluntary sector about the range of services across health and social care available to people living with dementia and their carers. It will also aim to identify where there are gaps in services and discuss how to close them.
There will be presentations on best practice from other areas and the opportunity to share ideas and discuss what proposals are in the pipeline, we really want to hear from patients and carers.
After lunch there will be a chance for informal networking and to look at information stalls from local charities and other organisations.
The conference is open to anyone who can contribute to, or learn from, the day's events. For more details please contact
