Dealing with difficult situations and behaviour
Reading Voluntary Action (RVA)
We are holding a training day on September 1st at The Social Enterprise training room, near central Reading. The training will cover dealing with difficult situations and behaviour on a face to face level and also telephone contact. All volunteers are welcome to attend this training. There will be a £10 fee for the day includung lunch and refreshments. Places are limited so please get in touch as soon as possible to book a place for this very important training

We offer advice and information to single people aged 16 and over who are in need of housing or need support around issues that are affecting their current accommodation or tenancy.
