Berkshire West Primary Care Trust Partnership Development Fund provides short-term funding to underpin strategic change and development in community services. Do you run an existing project or are you thinking of setting up a new project in the Reading area which match our key health priorities?
- Smoking
- Tackling Obesity
- Mental health and well-being
- Alcohol Misuse
- Health of Older People
- Sexual Health
Applications from voluntary and community organisations will be considered for between £10,000 - £30,000
