1. Hilden Charitable Fund - Summer Playschemes
The Hilden Charitable Fund awards grants to projects both in the UK and in developing countries. The aim of the fund is to address disadvantages, notably by supporting causes that are less likely to raise funds from public subscriptions. Both in the UK and overseas fund policy is directed largely at supporting work at community level.
Grant making priorities in the UK are: Homelessness, Minorities, and Penal Affairs. The Hilden Charitable Fund grants in 2007 averaged at £5,000. The Hilden Charitable Fund has allocated a small budget to help community groups run Summer Playschemes for the benefit of children from refugee and ethnic minority families. Forms must be submitted by mail as hard copies, they do not accept forms submitted by email or other electronic means. Please ensure that you have read the Application Guidelines at the top of the form prior to completion.

You can download a copy of the Summer Playscheme Application Form from their website which you can then complete, print and mail to them.
