1. Community Leadership Fund:
This Communities and Local Government grant fund will support work to build the capacity of individuals, organisations and communities to take the lead on tackling violent extremist influences. Closing date for the current round is 30 September.

2. Comic Relief:The deadline for charities to apply for Red Nose Day Programmes grants of more than £5,000 is 15 August.

Comic Relief's Red Nose Day Programmes grants, which award some of the money raised from Red Nose Day, make up the charity's biggest grants fund. They focus on six programme areas:
• Young people
• Older people
• Mental health
• Refugees and asylum seekers
• Domestic violence
• Disadvantaged communities.
The winners will be announced within five months of the closing date. There is no deadline for grants under £5,000.


3. Sport Relief is looking to support community groups that are using sport to:
• Increase access to sport and exercise for people who face social exclusion and isolation
• Help people who are experiencing difficulties in their lives to regain their confidence and self-esteem.
Grants from £1,000 to £5,000 are available to groups, we particularly welcome applications from organisations supporting people over the age of 60.

4.Social Enterprise Loan Fund: The Local Investment Fund, which has created £2m of private investment and £7m of loans for social enterprises over the past 14 years, has rebranded, changing its name to the Social Enterprise Loan Fund.
