We are holding two training events that are open to all volunteers. The first is " dealing with difficult situations" This will enable volunteers who work with people to improve communication skills, understand body language and understand and prevent conflict. The day will also advise people about how it feels after conflict and how to manage those feelings. This will take place on 29th September at a cost of £10 per head. If demand is high we will happily run this course again as soon as possible.
