Challenge Connect Reading!

We have two teams of employee volunteers who want to make a difference by completing a community project this winter. So Connect Reading is looking for likely projects for the teams to get their teeth into:
Team 1 – up to 50 volunteers want to work in mid-November – budget for materials to be confirmed.
Team 2 – up to 15 volunteers want to work December/January and can contribute a budget of about £250 for materials.
I'd like to hear from community groups ASAP with ideas of what these teams could do and ideally (especially in relation to team 1) let me know the budget needed for different activities e.g. £100 to create flower bed, £250 for paint, masking tape, rollers, brushes etc.
