The Hilden Charitable Fund has allocated a small budget to help community groups run Summer Playschemes for the benefit of children from refugee and ethnic minority families. The amount you can apply for is around £1,000.

They will suport: Summer Playschemes for children aged 5 - 18 years; Small local schemes lasting for 2 - 6 weeks; Schemes with strong volunteer support. Applications will only be considered from voluntary agencies with an income of less than £150,000

They will not support: Playschemes with a budget of over £12,000; Day Care; Summer camps; Club or family holidays; Replacing equipment.

Please ensure that you have read the Application Guidelines which you can download with Application form from their website below. Forms must be submitted by mail as hard copies, they do not accept forms submitted by email or other electronic means.

Applicants must send a copy of their most recent annual report and accounts which must include details of your Trustee Board/Management Committee.
