The Department for Work and Pensions has published calls for proposals relating to the 2010 European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion. Proposals are invited for the delivery of programmes of activity aligned to one of four themes: child poverty; severe multiple deprivation and those who are most at risk of social exclusion; working age adults (that is, overcoming barriers to participation in the labour market); older people and poverty or social exclusion.
