Playleader required - paid post

News from: Dingley Family & Specialist Early Years Centre

by Carol Mackay (Administrator, Reading Centre)

18 November 2009

Dingley Family and Specialist Early Years Centres provide a place where children, from birth to five years, with special needs and disabilities come to develop skills through therapeutic play. More than this, it is a place where their parents and carers are welcome, where they can make friends and share experiences.

The Reading Centre has a vacancy for a Playleader to start in the New Year.

NVQ qualification or similar preferred, and some experience of the requirements of special needs children and their families would be desirable but not essential. Experience and a mature and confident outlook to life is as important.

Hours: 15 per week, term time only

Salary: To be discussed at interview

Closing date: 18 December 2009.

Interviews to be held: Week beginning Monday 11 January.

The post is subject to a successful completion of a three-month probationary period and CRB police checks.

Please send or email your CV to Dingley Family and Specialist Early Years Centre, Kennet Walk Community Centre, Kenavon Drive, READING RG1 3DG
