Volunteers needed: Guide Dogs Association

Guide Dogs for the Blind Association seeks volunteers with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and good telephone manner to assist in recruiting guide dog owner listeners for the listening service STEP (supporting the end of a partnership), liaising with the Client Representation Manager and Volunteering Department as well as potential volunteers. Training will be given. Volunteers are required 4 days a week initially reducing to 2 days a week. References and Police checks are required. Travel and relevant meal expenses can be paid. Ref: 33267
