Free NVQ Courses in Team Leading and Customer Services

The Forum has learnt of two free NVQ training courses for those involved with local voluntary and community groups.
All courses lead to NVQ Level 2 in either Team Leading or Customer Service. Training will consist of a three-day course to be delivered in July followed by assessment in the workplace. The programme will take 3-4 months in total to achieve the qualification.
This is an excellent opportunity for people to achieve a nationally recognised qualification, free of charge. Eligibility is based on a self-declaration application form and is only open to those who do not currently hold a Level 2.
