RVA's Free Personal Development Training comes to the Caversham Children's Centre

Are you a stay-at home parent but would like to eventually go back to work? Do you feel a bit out of it, lacking in confidence or not sure how to get back into a work environment?
Reading Voluntary Action is coming to the Caversham Children's Centre to provide two free 'Yes You!' Personal Development training sessions. Covering topics such as self-awareness, self-confidence, motivation and assertiveness, we will help you to rediscover your strengths, raise your energy levels and work on goal setting.
When:
Tuesday 21st September and Tuesday 28th September 2010
10.00 - 12.00
Where:
Caversham Children's Centre, 114 Amersham Road, Caversham, RG4 5NA
The courses are free and there are also limited free creche places available for the duration of the training sesssion. Transport costs can also be reimbursed subject to demand.
