Do you want to be more business–like in your approach as a charity or community group? It is becoming increasingly important for organisations to have effective plans and systems in place to demonstrate to beneficiaries, commissioners and purchasers that they are “fit for business”.
We have launched a range of on-line resources to help you with links to other sources of information. Topics currently include:
• Business Planning
• Measuring Outcomes
• Commissioning and Contracts
In the pipeline are further topics including Collaboration and Consortium Development and Quality Assurance, with more to follow.
Have a look and tell us what you think. Also, tell us about other resources that would help you get ready for future opportunities such as bidding for contracts, marketing your services to personal budget holders and working in collaboration with other charities.
