A demonstration of Tai Chi, a presentation by acclaimed life coach Curly Martin, author of The Personal Success Handbook, plus music from concert pianist Yemi Odediran, are just some of the offerings at the social event being organised by Heyday - the membership organisation for people approaching or already in retirement - taking place at Reading Town Hall on Monday 24 November between 5pm and 8pm.
