We aim to promote and protect the physical and mental health of sufferers of arthritis in Reading and the surrounding area through the provision of support and welfare, education and practical advice, financial assistance in supporting various activities to people with arthritis and to advance the education of the general public in all areas relating to arthritis. We run Tai Chi lessons and hydrotherapy sessions which help sufferers of arthritis stay flexible and helps mobility and balance. We also organise social events with various speakers and topics where people can meet and chat and get information and advice.
