Each year Berkshire Women's Aid is contacted by thousands of women fearing or experiencing domestic abuse at home or in a relationship.
We work throughout Reading, Bracknell and Wokingham and are affiliated to WAFE.
We currently run eight refuge houses.
Our helpline, 0118 9504003, is open weekdays 10am-5pm and 24hrs in emergencies.
Crossing Bridges is our Outreach Service and can be contacted via the helpline. Staff can offer 1-1 and telephone support to those seeking help.
We also offer group work for children in schools and adults can attend daytime or evening group work sessions.
