We aim to empower deaf people of all ages to lead fulfilling lives through the use of innovative communications technologies. We do this by:
Providing transferable skills, which enhance future employment opportunities.
Supporting and educating deaf people during times of transition and assisting with the development of life skills.
Improving literacy and numeracy skills of deaf people, using innovative technologies.
Training Teachers of the Deaf to harness state-of-the-art Information and Communications Technology (ICT) as part of teaching programmes.
Researching innovative and inspirational approaches to maximising opportunities and achievements for deaf people.
Leading in the development and dissemination of deaf-friendly resources.
