Run and promote campaigns for the LGBT community. Provide or assist in training to local organisations. Provide support to local LGBT groups. Provide a voice and setting for the LGBT community to hold local authorities and statutory bodies accountable for responding to homophobic incidents. Contribute to public safety by encourgaging victims of homophobic incidents to report them and helping to provide and promote anonymous reporting systems. Provide support and help promote groups that work with LGBT young people. To challenge perceptions of the LGBT community. To work towards community cohesion by being involved in local events.
