Who is it for?
Anyone involved in, or thinking of, starting up a local voluntary group, for example:
• self-help, care and support, children’s services groups
• environmental or tenant and resident’s groups
• social, educational and cultural groups
• sport and leisure groups
• lobbying or campaigning groups
