Our vision is for a society in which blind and partially sighted people enjoy the same freedom of movement as everyone else.
Our purpose is to deliver the guide dog service and other mobility services to break down legal and physical barriers to enable blind and partially-sighted people to get around on their own.
Our values mean that we will always seek to be trustworthy and transparent; that we will always be innovative and responsive, and that we will collaborate with others wherever that is to the benefit of blind and partially-sighted people.
