Our intention is to support the transformation of the local community by "building a centre for the community" not just in terms of physical structures but also in terms of people. Through the provision of a community centre providing targeted local services, together with a place for a vibrant Christian church plant, community can indeed be built, not just in the centre but in the surrounding streets. Examples are the New Hope Community Centre in York Road, Reading and the St. Paul's Centre to be developed in Whitley Wood.
