Reading Carers' Link is a foster care association established for the purpose of benefitting the community of Berkshire by advancing public knowledge of matters relating to substitute care of children, and in particular the education and training of foster carers. We also aim to benefit foster childen, their carers and their carers' families by means including, but not confined to, the provision of advice, support and services. The aim is the protection and preservation of good health of carers and foster children in the area.
