To make Reading a better place for people to live and work, by recruiting leaders and key decision-makers from organisations across all sectors to take part on an 11 month development programme.
Provision of a development, training, networking programme which provides participants with a 360 degree briefing on Reading as a society and exposes them to experts and perceptions from organisations and sectors other than their own, covering all major aspects of urban life.
