Reading Mencap provides a support and advisory service to families where there is a member with a learning disability. We have a welfare team who visit families. We have clubs for all age groups which provide respite for the family. We have a siblings club which provides support and social activities, and also hold monthly discos for adults. During the Easter and summer holidays we hold clubs for children aged between 4 and 15. The mother and baby group meets once a week.
