Spotlight on Diversity is an innovative Reading-based group, formed specially for the Reading Diversity Conference 2005. We provide creative training opportunities to explore diversity and help put national workplace policies into practice.

Spotlight on Diversity brings together a group of diverse professionals with a wide array of experience, backgrounds, skills, knowledge and styles. What unites us is a common passion for celebrating diversity and challenging prejudice.

We can provide bespoke training in your workplace on diversity and equality. Select from a menu of performance, hot-seating, forum theatre and workshops, covering topics such as challenging discriminatory behaviour and putting policies into practice. We will work with you to design training that is effective, enjoyable and stimulating.
