The Capability Company is a small, local, not-for-profit enterprise which 'supports those working for positive change'. We can help make a difference in many ways, which include delivering:

The Capability Company was set up by Karen Morton who has worked in the voluntary sector in Reading for over 20 years. Her roles have included Director of Berkshire Women's Aid, Programme Director for Berkshire Common Purpose and Chair of Reading Voluntary Sector Forum. The Capability Company operates a sliding scale of charges and is committed to working in a way which is empowering and which recognises the importance of diversity and equality of opportunity.
