We work with businesses, public agencies and voluntary oganisations to improve wellbeing in the workplace, access to work, skill development and employment opportunity. We undertake research and programme development and use a holistic approach to help individuals increase their employability, and to help employers manage people well through change and transformation of work practices. The WELL Centre provides:
• Individually tailored support for people facing work changes or redundancy.
• Coaching support for managers planning and implementing major change processes.
• Life and work planning for all the ups and downs of life and employment.
• Values-based leadership development.
