To improve the health service by providing better qualified medical staff and providing opportunities for the implementation of HIV prevention strategies for poor rural communities in Sierra Leone. To improve the education of women in those communities who have suffered disadvantages because of their sex and locality. To provide support for farmers in impoverished communities to be self-sufficient in food production.
In the UK the organisation's objective is to solicit help and professional advice and support for black and minority ethnic groups to put their emphasis on education and vocational training and any other meaningful engagement. This will involve counselling for young boys and girls aged 13 and over who were present and so were traumatised during recurrent civil/political unrest. The organisation will be holding regular discussions with them to exercise more effort on education and vocational training.
