Founded in 1979 the West Indian Women’s Circle aims to advance any charitable purpose in Reading and other parts of England, but in particular to provide a range of social welfare services for the Afro-Caribbean elderly. Primarily to advance education, relieve poverty and sickness and to provide accommodation for people who have need for such accommodation by reason of their circumstances.
