We provide free and confidential listening and counselling for personal and relationship problems, including depression, anxiety, guilt, fear, rejection, bereavement, marriage difficulties, relationship breakdown and divorce.

We also provide free and confidential advice for people with difficulties in planning and monitoring their personal and household budgets and for people with personal debt problems.

These are provided on appointment by phoning the above phone number and will take place at a time and location that is suitable for you.
